Marshall County Highway Superintendent Jason Peters said about 4 p.m., “With the light snow over the last few hours, the Highway Department is going to send out a skeleton crew. Snowplow drivers will run for a few hours and re-asses the conditions and make plans for tomorrow morning start time . “
