MugShot_James Kunze 2-12-19Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department responded to the report of a two vehicle crash near the intersection of US 30 and Pioneer Drive on Tuesday, February 12th just after 3 p.m.

James C. Kunze Jr. age 39 of Plymouth was the driver of one of the vehicles involved in the crash.   After an investigation, Mr. Kunze was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated on a controlled substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Kunze was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond.
