MugShot_Roy Atkins 2-12-19On Tuesday, February 12, Plymouth Police Sergeant Ray West was dispatched to the area of the court house in reference to a male leaving the building with a warrant.

The officer located 41 year old Roy Atkins of Plymouth and confirmed the warrant.  Atkins was arrested without incident, and transported to the Marshall County Jail.

During the booking process, Methamphetamine was found hidden on his person.  Atkins was also charged with Possession of Methamphetamine.  He was held on a $50,000 cash bond for the Dealing Meth Warrant and $3,000 for the additional charge of Possession of Meth.
