MugShot_ethan patrick 2-12-19On Sunday, February 10 just before 7 in the evening the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department received a report of a vehicle which had crashed into a house in the area of State Road 17 and Hillcrest Avenue.  It was reported that the vehicle had struck the home`s gas meter.

Marshall County Deputy Bragg responded along with Plymouth Fire and E.M.S. to the scene and it was found the driver, 27 year old Ethan T. Patrick of Knox uninjured in the crash.

During the course of the investigation it was also determined that Patrick was intoxicated. He was arrested and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Operating While Intoxicated – Endangering and Operating While Intoxicated – BAC above 0.15%.  His cash bond was set at $3,000.
