ArrestedOn Tuesday, February 5th at approximately 10:3 at night, Plymouth Police Officer Arnold conducted a traffic stop on a blue Ford Ranger near the intersection of North Plum and West Jackson Streets.

After an investigation the driver, 34 year old Glenn Manns of Plymouth was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

The front seat passenger, 32 year old Harry Bobb also of Plymouth was arrested for Obstruction of justice, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of a Legend Drug, and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Mr. Manns and Mr. Bobb were both incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail.
