City HallThe Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety meets at 6 p.m. in the second floor Council Chambers of City Hall.  Their agenda includes awarding the quote for the Street Department Truck, while Utility Superintendent Donnie Davidson will make a recommendation on the award for the Candy Lane Storm Sewer Project.

Plymouth Building Commissioners Keith Hammonds will Discuss 881 Broadway Street and Fire Chief Rod Miller will present an amended Pharmaceutical Supply Agreement with SJRMC.

City Attorney Sean Surrisi will present an agreement with Rooney & Co LLC for Indiana Medicaid Freestanding Governmental Ambulance Provider Cost Report for the year ending Dec. 2018.  He will also update members of the Board of Public Works and Safety on the easement at 321 S. Walnut Street.

Also up for consideration is a request for a parking restriction at Novelty and Plum Streets by Greg Frushour.

The Board will also hear Wayne Laucis discuss a utility bill issue.

Following the Board of Public Works and Safety the Common Council will meet.  The only item on their agenda is continuing the discussion on the Transportation Agreement with the Council on Aging.

Both meetings are open to the public.  Comments and questions are limited to agenda items.  Those attending should use the Garro Street entrance and go to the second floor.
