Marshall County Highway Superintendent Jason Peters said NIPSCO has postponed repairs for the gas leak on Maple Road.
On Wednesday NIPSCO contacted the County Highway and said they needed to close Maple Road between 11 B and Michigan Road on Friday to repair a gas leak.
Thursday, late afternoon NIPSCO contacted the highway and said they are postponing the project so Maple Road and 11B Road will be open on Friday.
WTCA will be notified when the repair project is re-scheduled.
