72 year old Man Arrested by City Police for Resisting and Possession Marijuana & Paraphernalia

arrested_handcuffsOn Friday, January 4th at 6:47 P.M. a vehicle being driven by 72 year old Ronald James Maclagan of Pierceton was stopped for a traffic infraction on US 30 at Oak Drive.

During the traffic stop, Maclagan was found to be in possession of marijuana and paraphernalia and he resisted arrest.

Ronald Maclagan was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $750 bond and given a court date of February 12, 2019 for Possession of Marijuana and Paraphernalia and Resisting Law Enforcement.
