arrested_handcuffsOn Friday, January 25th just before 6 p.m. Plymouth Police Officer Finn was patrolling in the area of Harrison and Beerenbrook Streets when he conducted a traffic stop as the vehicle pulled into a driveway.

43 year old Preston Hensley of Plymouth was driving the vehicle and placed under arrest for the driving offense of operating After being judges a habitual traffic violator. Hensley was charged with Habitual Traffic Violator, Unlawful Possession of Syringe, Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Legend Drugs.

The passenger in the vehicle, 36 year old Travis David of Albion was charged with Unlawful Possession of Syringe, Possession of Meth, Possession of Legend Drugs and Possession of Marijuana.

Both were booked into the Marshall County Jail and held on $3,000 cash bonds.
