City HallThe City of Plymouth will conduct their regular meetings Monday evening beginning at 6 p.m. in the second floor council chambers of City Hall.

Agenda for the meeting includes opening bids for the Candy Lane storm sewer improvement project, open quotes for the Street Department truck and award bids for the 2019 Spring Street Projects.

City Department heads will give their reports and the city engineer will present requests to work in the city’s rights-of-ways.

A contract for cleaning and housekeeping services in the Mayor’s office will also be presented.

During the Common Council meeting at 6:30 the council will consider a request of exemption from the city ordinance so the Knights of Columbus can do a fundraiser.

City Council members will join in a discussion with the Rees Theatre folks on an OCRA grant application and they will review the Holiday Pay in the Employee handbook.

The Plymouth Clerk Treasurer will also conduct a discussion regarding the city’s bank accounts at local banks.

The meetings are open to the public and those attending should enter through the Garro Street door.    Comments and questions must be on agenda items.
