On Wednesday, January 23rd Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department was on routine patrol and at approximately 10:30 PM attempted to intercept and conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle driving at a high rate of speed and disregarding several stop signs in residential neighbor.
The driver fled from law enforcement in a vehicle and on foot. After an investigation the driver was located and identified as Robert A. Mora, age 19 of Goshen. Mr. Mora was arrested an incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail.
