Jason Peters, Superintended of the County Highway Department released plans for tomorrow morning’s commute.
Due to the light drizzle and the wind speed picking up this evening, the unknown of the road conditions for Wednesday morning will be questionable.
Peters said, “Crew will check road conditions around 2 A.M. to determine if a 4 A.M. start time will need to be implemented. If so, crews will be treating roads with a salt sand mix and apply it as need until conditions improve.”
He urged drivers, “Be cautious of road conditions, black ice is very dangerous and had to see.” .
