OWI_Drinking and DrivingLast Friday night, Plymouth Police Corporal, Bob DeLee arrested a Wilmington, IL woman following a traffic stop.

At approximately 8:15 Officer DeLee stopped a vehicle near the intersection of Western Avenue and Pilgrim Lane.   The driver of the vehicle, 49 year old Michelle M. Mosier will found to be operating under the influence.    After an investigation Officer DeLee arrested Ms. Mosier for Operating While Intoxicated with a prior conviction.

Ms. Mosier was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail and held on a $3,000 cash bond.
