Domest battery arrestPlymouth Police arrested a Plymouth man Saturday, December 29th after being dispatched to 1016 Ed Cook Boulevard for a domestic battery complaint.

An investigation by Officer Krynock led to the arrest of 42 year old Patrick N. Moyer.  Moyer was intoxicated and battered both his wife and his daughter.   He also battered an officer during the investigation.

Moyer was incarcerated in the Marshall County Jail for Domestic Battery and Battery Against a Public Safety Officer.  He was held on a $1,500 cash bond.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
