owi-arrestA traffic stop on Sunday evening, December 30th resulted in the arrest of a Rochester man for Operating While Intoxicated.

About 7:45 at night, Officer Jerrid Arnold conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near the intersection Oak Drive and West Jefferson Street.

The driver of the vehicle, 53 year old Michael Quimby of Rochester was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (OWI) following an investigation.  He was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
