MugShot_Emilee MalkowskiOn Friday, December 28th, about 11:3o at night, Marshall County Officer Wozniak initiated a traffic stop on a white 2004 Ford Escape in the area of South Street and South Main Street in LaPaz. 

During the investigation, Officer Wozniak detected the odor of marijuana emitting from inside the vehicle. 

A front seat passenger, 23 year old Taylor Kruszewski of South Bend, handed the officer a small bag of suspected marijuana. 

A search of the vehicle resulted in the findings of a methamphetamine pipe with residue that tested positive for methamphetamine.


The driver of the vehicle, 26 year old Emilee Malkowski of LaPaz was booked into the Marshall County Jail for Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Paraphernalia. 

Kruszewski was cited for Possession of Marijuana and released.
