City HallThe City of Plymouth will meet Wednesday evening due to the Christmas Holiday with the Board of Public Works and Safety and the Common Council meetings.

The Board of Public Works begins at 6 p.m. and the agenda includes awarding the 2019 Street Materials along with Department head reports.

City Engineer Rick Gaul will present change order # 1 and close out the 2018 Street & Sidewalk Fall projects.  He will also present an addendum #1 for the 2019 Street & Sidewalk Spring projects along with the MS4 Stormwater Permit changes and a request of Comcast to work in the city’s right-of-way at 2619 North Michigan Street.

In other business, John and Kelly Dowell will appeal the clean-up charges the city applied to them.

During the Common Council meeting at 6:30 members will consider an ordinance adopting the fee schedules for the Department of Aviation and the Parks and Recreation on 2nd and 3rd reading.

Council members will also make appointments to the Redevelopment Commission and the Urban Forest & Flower Committee while the clerk will request permission to make year end transfers as necessary.

The city meetings are open to the public and held in the second floor meeting room of the City Building.
