After a lengthy investigation, 21 year old Kelvin Torres Cardonas of Plymouth was arrested December 20th at 2 p.m. for Sexual Misconduct with a Minor.
Cardonas was taken into custody and transported to the jail where he was charged with Sexual Misconduct with a Minor as a Level 4 Felony. He is currently being held in the Marshall County Jail on a $25,000 bond.
