Crash_US30_PlymouthGoshen_1Marshall County Police responded to a two vehicle crash on December 20th that resulted in a Plymouth man being airlifted to a trauma center in South Bend.

The two vehicle accident occurred about 3:15 in the afternoon when Mr. Bickel attempted to cross US 30 and he drove into the path of a 1999 Century Buick driven by Rhiley Shafer of Walkerton.   

John Bickel was airlifted to Memorial Hospital for possible head injuries.

Crash_US30_PlymouthGoshen_2Rhiley Shafer was transported by family to St. Joseph Regional Medical Center – Plymouth for abrasions on her hand.

The Marshall County Sheriff`s Department was assisted at the scene by Plymouth Police, Fire, & EMS, Indiana Conservation Officer, and Lyon`s Wrecker Service.
