arrested_handcuffsPlymouth Police Officer Paul Stamper stopped to check on a  vehicle that was stopped on Pioneer Drive with it hazard lights on Sunday morning December 16th about 2:30.

The vehicle had clearly been off road and in an accident.  The officer conducted an investigation and ended up taking 37 year old Rachael Riegle of North Judson in for a certified chemical test.

Following the results of the test Rachael Riegle was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Operating with a BAC of .15% or more, Disorderly Conduct and Intimidation-threatens.  Her cash bond was set at $1,500.
