MugShot_tina wrightOn Friday December 7, at approximately 10:30 P.M. the Marshall County Sheriff`s Department received a call in reference to an extremely erratic driver traveling on U.S. 31 southbound.

Marshall County Sheriff`s Deputies located the suspected vehicle and conducted a traffic stop in the area of U.S. 31 and 16th Road.

The vehicle was driven by 56 year old Tina M. Wright of Rochester and during the course of the investigation she was found to be intoxicated and in possession of controlled substances.

Tina  Wright was arrested and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Operating While Intoxicated-Endangering, Operating While Intoxicated on a Controlled Substance, and Possession of a Schedule I-IV controlled substance. Her cash bond was set at $1,500.
