MugShot_david medinaA Plymouth man was arrested following a single vehicle crash Saturday morning.

On December 8th, around 4:30 a.m. the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department, Plymouth EMS and Plymouth Fire were dispatched to the area of U.S. 31 and Michigan Road for a one vehicle accident.

When officers arrived on scene they discovered two males who were injured.

The driver, 32 year old David Medina of Plymouth was found to be twice the legal limit for alcohol and he tested positive for cocaine at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Plymouth.

David Medina was treated for minor injuries at the hospital and then transported to the Marshall County Jail for: Operating a motor vehicle; Causing serious bodily injury with Schedule I or II substance, Operating a motor vehicle with a B.A.C of .15% or more, Operating a motor

vehicle intoxicated-Endangering a person, Knowingly or Intentionally Operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license.

Medina was given a bond of $1505.00 and a court date .
