On Tuesday, December 4th, 40 year old Matthew Schoff of Plymouth was arrested in the 1,000 block of West Adams Street on an active warrant.

MugShot_Schoff, Mathew 12-4-18Schoff was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a Warrant for two counts of Dealing Meth, Dealing in a substance represented as a Controlled Substance and Dealing in Marijuana with intent to deal.  His cash bond was set at $25,000.

 

MugShot_Justine Pittman Bottorff22 year old Justine K. Pittman-Bottorff of Walkerton had an active warrant from the Marshall County UNIT (undercover narcotic investigation team) for Dealing in a Schedule II Controlled Substance with a weight between 10 and 28 grams.  Pittman-Bottorff was located by Plymouth Police Officer Matt Emenhiser and arrested at 2852 Miller Drive on Thursday, December 6th about 1:30 in the afternoon.

Justine Pittman-Bottorff was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $20,000 cash bond.

 

On Friday, December 7th just after 9 in the morning, Plymouth Police Officer Steve DeLee was dispatched to the Marshall County Courthouse for a male with a warrant of Invasion of Privacy violation.   He met with 63 year old Richard Newman, Jr. of Plymouth in the lobby area of Superior II after his initial appearance.

Richard Newman Jr. was transported him to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $3,000 cash bond.

 

Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
