arrested_handcuffsOn Monday, December 3rd, about 11:30 at night, an officer with the Marshall County Police stopped a speeding vehicle on US 31.

During the course of the traffic stop the driver gave the officer three different names. The driver was finally identified as 40 year old Willie A. Alsanders of South Bend. 

MugShot_willie alsandersAlsanders was found to be a habitual traffic violator-for life and was placed under arrest and transported to the Marshall County Sheriff`s Department where he was lodged for False Informing a class A Misdemeanor and operating a vehicle after lifetime suspension as a Level 6 Felony.

Willie Alsander was given a court date of December 18th and a cash bond of $1500.
