A big part of the Marshall County Stellar plan is to attract and retain talent here in Marshall County. The Stellar Grant plan will help in the building of new places for people to live, work and play.
Jerry Chavez, CEO of the Marshall County Economic Development Corporation said, “That’s why we’ve emphasized the new Colonial Estates development in Argos, Cedar Road housing in Bourbon, Rolling Meadows in Bremen, Sand Hill Farm in Culver and River Gate South along the Yellow River in Plymouth. These are among the first large-scale residential developments in decades for Marshall County—all happening now.”
But we’re not neglecting our beautiful historic and legacy neighborhoods in Marshall County. Another part of the Stellar plan supports owner-occupied rehabs that are so vital to the traditional nature of the region.
Over the next few days, the Stellar committee will be telling more about their Stellar plan.
The announcement of the two regions that will receive the designation of Stellar will come on next Monday, December 10th.
