On Sunday, December 2nd at approximately 7:30 in the evening Plymouth Police Officers responded to a physical fight in progress at 1002 Ed Cook Boulevard.
After an investigation Officer Jerrid Arnold arrested 45 year old Robbie Sobieck of Plymouth for battery and public intoxication.
50 year old Tonia R. Filip also of Plymouth was arrested for interference with the reporting of a crime.
Mr. Sobieck and Ms. Filip were both incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail with $750 cash bonds.
