The Marshall County Plan Commission will conduct a public hearing on December 6th to consider a request to create a one-lot minor subdivision of Kava Acres at 10765 Muckshaw Road, Center Township in Plymouth.
Adam and Katherine Foust are seeking the one-lot subdivision to build a home on.
The public hearing will be held in room 203 of the County Building at 7:30 in the evening.
The County Plan Commission welcomes your comments, either in favor of or against. Written comment made prior to the meeting may be sent to the Marshall County Plan Commission at 112 West Jefferson Street in Plymouth.
