Driving Without a licenseA traffic stop was conducted in the area of Western and Skylane Drive on Sunday, November 18th about 8:15 in the evening.  Plymouth Police Officer Matt Emenhiser stopped the vehicle for driving left of center.

It was discovered that the driver, 19 year old Oscar Mejia of South Bend was operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license.  He was held on a $250 cash bond.
