The Marshall County Centralized Dispatch Center received a 911 call from 17,000 block of Vine Sreet in Tyner on November 5th.
The 911 caller reported that 28 year old Brandon Masterson had been in an altercation with family members.
County Police Officer Rob Hafke conducted an investigation that led to the arrest of Masterson for Strangulation, Battery in presence of a child, Criminal Confinement and Interference with reporting a crime. He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail.
