OWI_Controlled SubstanceLast Wednesday, November 7th at about 6:15 in the evening, Officer Jerrid Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department responded to a two vehicle accident near the intersection of Oak drive and Pilgrim Lane.

It was determined that 36 year old Jennifer Smith of Plymouth had operated one of the vehicles that were involved in the crash.

After an investigation Mrs. Smith was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated on a controlled substance and Operating While Intoxicated Endangering a minor passenger in the vehicle.

Smith was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail.
