On Thursday November 8, at approximately 9:00 PM Plymouth Police Officer Chad Beatty located 30 year old Frankie Tolson at her residence at 2401 North Michigan Street.
Tolson was taken into custody by Officer Beatty on outstanding Felony warrants out of Marshall County.
Tolsen was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
