Plymouth Police carPlymouth Police Officer John Weir stopped a Ford Focus for an infraction on Friday morning, November 9th at Michigan and Jefferson Streets shortly after 9.

While speaking with the driver, 44 year old Amy Jo Fischer of Plymouth, it was found that she had been drinking.

Amy Fischer was taken to the Plymouth ER for a chemical test and then transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for Operating While Intoxicated.
