arrested_handcuffsOfficer Emenhiser with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop Saturday night about 8:10 at Harrison and Walnut Streets.

The driver of the vehicle, 26 year old Roberto L. Fonseca of Plymouth provided a false name.

Fonseca was later arrested for Possession of Cocaine, False Informing and Operator Never Licensed. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
