arrested_handcuffsPlymouth Police Officer Jeremy Enyart investigated the report of a man leaving the scene of an accident Saturday night, October 27th just after 11.

Plymouth Police, Fire and EMS were dispatched to the curve on Western Avenue and North Street for a vehicle into a fence. Before police arrived on the scene the driver had left the area.

Officer Enyart began an investigation and later located and arrested 53 year old Rafael Mereno of Plymouth.  He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Operating While Intoxicated and Leaving the Scene of an Accident.
