On Monday, October 29, at approximately 3:30 in the morning, Sergeant Les McFarland with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department made a traffic stop in the area of State Road 331 and US 30.
22 year old Heaven L. Ousley from Warsaw was stopped for a traffic offense. During the traffic stop it was believed that Ousley was operating a vehicle while intoxicated on a controlled substance.
Heaven L. Ousley was transported to the hospital for a certified chemical test and then arrested for Operating While Intoxicated, Operating While Never Licensed and Possession of a Syringe.
The bond for Ousley was set at $1,500.00 cash.
A case report will be completed and forwarded to the Marshall County Prosecutor`s Office for formal charges being filed.
