Trick or treat times 2018This weekend kicks-off the Halloween tradition of Trick-or-Treat with many opportunities for kids to have fun and grab up some candy.

Innovation Academy at Lincoln Junior High will host the Haunted Maze Saturday Oct. 27, from 6-8 p.m. to raise funds to honor the legacy of Lincoln Junior High School.  This kid friendly event cost $5 per person.

The Women of the Moose Lodge will host a Trunk-or-Treat event in the Moose Lodge parking lot on West Jefferson Street this Saturday from 11 till 1.  Kids from the area are invited to start off their Trick-or-Treat fun at the Moose before venturing downtown.

Then on Saturday the Plymouth Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring the annual Downtown Trick-or-Treat from 1 to 3.  Participants are asked to all walk in the same direction, counter-clockwise to make it easier to pass out the candy.  Many of the downtown businesses will be handing out candy and several outlying businesses and organizations are coming downtown to join the fun.

The Plymouth Public Library hosts a Halloween Party with games, prizes, treats and pictures from 1 to 3 on Saturday and it’s all FREE.

Miller’s Senior Living on Oak Hill Avenue will have Trick-or-Treat from 2 to 3 and the Plymouth American Legion on East Jefferson Street will host a Halloween party for kids up to 13 on Saturday from 3 until 5. They will have FREE hotdogs, coke, popcorn, games, prizes, pumpkin painting and a money scramble.

Join the Church of the Heartland on East Jefferson Street for their community Trunk or Treat / Harvest Party on Sunday, October 28th.   Trunk or Treat 3pm-4pm; Harvest Party 4pm-6pm with Hay rides, bonfire, smores, hotdogs, photo booth, games and of course lots of candy!!!  Everyone is welcome!

Families are invited to participate in a Candy Walk in the Plymouth Medical Center’s Medical Office Building hallway on Mon. Oct. 29 from 5:30 – 7:00pm.  Similar to a Trunk-or-Treat, various departments at the hospital will set up stations inside for children to trick-or-treat from.

On Wednesday October 31st, All of the communities in Marshall County: Argos, Bremen, Bourbon, Culver, LaPaz and Plymouth will host Trick-or-Treat in the neighborhoods from 5 till 7 p.m.

The Triton High School FFA members will be Trick-or-Treating for Cans on Wednesday, October 31st from 5 till 8.  They will be going door-to-door in Bourbon gathering cans of non-perishable food for the local food pantries.
