communitycrossingsOn Monday, Plymouth City Engineer, Rick Gaul presented two change orders to the Board of Public Works and Safety for the 2017 Spring and Fall Community Crossing projects.

Both change orders were for deduction.

The original contract for the spring projects was $1,087,421.19 and the deduction of $20,606.51 brought the new contract down to $1,066,814.68.  Gaul noted it was roughly a 2% deduct.

The fall initial contract was $157,289.40 and the reduction was 7,439.20 bringing the final contract in at $150,390.20.  Again, Gaul noted that the deduct was 4.7%.

Gaul also presented a request from Comcast to work in the right-of-way at CVS for a directional boring project.  The request was approved with a financial guarantee of $5,000 requested.
