Plymouth Police Officer Chris Miller was dispatched to 1211 West Jefferson Street for an unknown subject yelling outside of an apartment on Monday morning just before 2 o’clock.
Arriving on scene, the officer began an investigation of the incident and found the suspect, 26 year old Johnathon G. Porter to have a warrant through Elkhart County.
After confirmation of the warrant, the above subject was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held for a violation of home detention.
