A Missouri man was arrested Monday morning by Plymouth Police for Fraud.
Officer John Weir arrested 26 year old Kenneth Garcia at the corner of Jefferson and Liberty Streets about 10:30.
Garcia is alleged to have written three checks for approximately $6,000 to a local business to be cashed knowing there was not funds to cover the checks.
Kenneth Garcia was lodge in the Marshall County Jail for Fraud and held on a $4,500 cash bond.
