MugShot_Bryan Heims 10-19-18Friday evening, October 19th, about 9:45, Marshall County Police Officers were dispatched to 105 S. Michigan Street in LaPaz for a leaving the scene accident. 

Officers conducted an investigation and found that the vehicle had not been struck in the parking lot but had been involved in a collision in the alley.  Their investigation showed that this vehicle had struck a utility pole in the alleyway just east of where it was parked. 

49 year old Bryan K. Heims of LaPaz was at the scene and was determined to be related to the vehicle owner.   It was determined that Bryan Heims was previously operating this vehicle.

Heims was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for leaving the scene of a property damage accident and false informing.
