suspendedOn Thursday, October 18th, at 7:12 PM, Marshall County Officer Wozniak initiated a traffic stop on a gold 1999 Toyota passenger car in the area of US 31 and Veteran`s Parkway for exceeding the posted speed limit. 

The driver, Dempsey K. Jones JR. of South Bend was found to be operating a vehicle with a suspended-prior driver`s license.  He was taken to the Marshall County Jail and processed for driving while suspended-prior, a Class A Misdemeanor.   Jones was given a cash bond of $750.
