OWI_Drinking and DrivingOn Saturday, October 13th, Plymouth Police Officer Jerrid Arnold conducted a traffic stop at approximately 9:23 PM  at Pilgrim Lane and Western Avenue.

57 year old James G. Kinney of Plymouth was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a BAC of .15% or more.  He was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond.
