42 year old Todd Forsythe of Plymouth was stopped on a traffic stop on Veterans Parkway east of North Michigan Street Thursday night just before 10 and arrested of Possession.
After an investigation by Plymouth Police Officer Jerrid Arnold Mr. Forsythe was arrested and incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail for Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Paraphernalia. He was held on a $3,000 cash bond.
