24 year old Curlean Williams Jr. of Mishawaka was arrested on Sunday, October 7th about 12:30 in the morning after Plymouth Police Officer Paul Stamper conducted a traffic stop at North Plum and Madison Streets.
During the traffic stop, Medina was found to be Operating a vehicle with a Suspended license, in Possession of Marijuana and Paraphernalia. He was lodged in Marshall County Jail.
