MugShot_Finney, BarbaraTuesday evening officers from the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to Applebee’s for a female at the bar causing a disturbance.

Arriving at the restaurant about 8 p.m. the suspect was pointed out and identified as 48 year old Barbara Jo Finney of Bremen.  Officer John Weir said Finney appeared to be intoxicated although the manager advised that she had nothing to drink at the restaurant and only ordered food.

Ms. Finney wasn’t making any sense nor did she comply with any requests and was removed from the restaurant.  She was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Public Intoxication without incident and held on a $1,000 cash bond.
