On September 29th, Plymouth Police Officer Jerrid Arnold arrested two people from South Bend following a traffic stop in the area of North Michigan Street and US 30.
About 6:30 in the evening the officer stopped the vehicle. He found 37 year old Anne Huston, the driver and 39 year old Derek McQueen, the passenger in the vehicle. After an investigation Ms. Huston was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of marijuana, and Possession of methamphetamine with an enhancement for also being in Possession of a handgun.
Derek McQueen was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and possession of Methamphetamine.
Mr. Mcqueen and Ms. Huston were both incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail.
