domestic+violenceOn Saturday, September 22nd just after 1 AM Plymouth Police Officers were dispatched to the Park Jefferson Apartments on West Jefferson Street for a family dispute.

Officer Paul Stamper conducted an investigation after which, 27 year old Terry Rosander and 25 year old Amber Rosander were arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 years of age.  Both subjects were lodged in the Marshall County Jail, Amber on a $3,000 cash bond and Terry on a $1,500 cash bond.  His bond was paid at 11:40 on the 23rd and he was released.

 

Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
