Plymouth Police Officer John Weir arrested a Plymouth man following a traffic stop.
About 8:40 the officer stopped a suspicious vehicle at Western Avenue and Council Drive. While speaking with the driver it was determined he was intoxicated.
41 year old Douglas Prendergast was taken for a chemical test and then transported to the Marshall County Jail for OWI and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
