Plymouth Police Officer Paul Stamper arrested 21 year old Joseph Martinez of Plymouth on Thursday night, September 20th at 10:30 at the Skylane Apartments.
Martinez was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant through Marshall County and lodged in the Marshall County Jail.
