A 58 year old Rochester man was arrested Friday, September 21st after failing a drug screen at the Marshall County Probation.
Officer Steve DeLee arrived and placed Jeffery Moriarty in custody and transported him to Marshall County Jail without incident. He was booked on a Probation Violation.
